In recent weeks, our production team has been working on orders for steel pipes and cold formed steel sections. Some orders require standard steel pipe sizes, while others involve specific dimensions, cutting, forming or other processing requirements. Before production starts, our sales and technical teams confirm drawings, materials, dimensions and processing details with customers to avoid problems during the next stage of production.
For customers purchasing Bright Steel Pipe, Black Steel Pipe, Galvanized Steel Pipe or ZAM Steel Pipe, dimensional consistency and surface condition are important when the tubes need to be further processed or assembled. For custom cold formed steel sections, details such as section dimensions, wall thickness, hole positions and straightness need to be checked more carefully because the finished profile must match the customer's equipment or assembly requirements.
This is also why our daily work does not stop at producing the steel itself. Cutting, punching, straightening, end processing, bending and other operations may be required depending on the order. Getting these details right before shipment can save time for the customer when the material arrives at their factory.
The Mid-Autumn Festival gives our team a chance to take a short break after a busy period of production and order coordination. Some colleagues will return home to spend time with their families, while production and shipment arrangements for ongoing orders will continue according to the planned schedule.
