Bright Welded Steel Tube

A bright welded steel tube is a welded tube made from high-quality cold-rolled steel strip through multiple precision processes including high-frequency welding, cold drawing/cold rolling, and bright annealing. Its inner and outer weld seams are mechanically ground or online scraped, resulting in a uniform silvery-white metallic luster, free of oxide scale and decarburized layer. It boasts strict dimensional tolerances, combining near-seamless tube precision with the cost advantages of welded steel tubes.

Wall thickness deviation: ≤ ±7%;

Straightness: ≤ 0.5 mm/m.

Utilizing high-frequency induction welding, weld strength reaches over 90% of the base material;

Welds are virtually invisible to the naked eye after online scraping and internal/external burr removal;

Can be tested by eddy current testing or hydrostatic pressure testing.
