Standard Black Pipe

 

Black ERW steel pipe is straight seam steel pipes made from high-quality hot-rolled steel coils through high-frequency resistance welding. During production, high-frequency current is used to instantaneously heat the edges of the steel strip, causing them to fuse under pressure to form a weld. The weld quality is stable and has high strength.

ERW black pipe is not galvanized or coated, and their surface is naturally oxidized black. They possess excellent mechanical and weldability, and are widely used in building structures, support systems, and general fluid transportation.

The production process of black steel tube include multiple stages such as uncoiling, forming, welding, deburring, sizing, straightening, cutting, and inspection, ensuring that dimensional accuracy and weld quality meet standard requirements.
